Samples shall remain in sample bottle/container, with label attached.
You will read all paperwork given before using product.
You will use proper PPE when using products.
You will use product(s) for their intended purpose only.
You will follow suggested dilution ratios. (Located on rear label of Trans-Mate products)
Some products may not be able to sample out at any given time. Mainly due to availability.
If you agree to the previous, you may continue to fill out a product sample request.
